Connecting your virtual conferencing accounts to Morgen makes it easy to add virtual room details to any event or Scheduling Link in just one click. Our two-way sync integrations ensure that when you include a virtual meeting room in a Morgen event, it will then also be reflected in your virtual conferencing app.
Virtual conferencing integrations
Morgen integrates with four major virtual conferencing providers:
- Zoom
- Google Meet
- Microsoft Teams
- Webex
Morgen Pro accounts integrate with unlimited virtual conferencing accounts.
To get started, open the Other Integrations menu by clicking first on your profile picture.
Connect your Zoom account
From the integrations list, select Zoom.
You will be asked to sign in to your Zoom account and redirected to a confirmation page. Once confirmed, your Zoom account will be listed under your Active Integrations.
Connect Google Meet
Your Google Meet account will automatically be added to Morgen whenever a Google Calendar supporting Google Meet is connected. Note that you will only be able to add your Google Meet virtual conferencing to an event or Scheduling Link, if those are associated with your Google Calendar.
If the option to add Google Meet virtual rooms is not available when you create an event or scheduling link, please reconnect your Google account to Morgen.
Connect Microsoft Teams
From the integrations list, select Microsoft Teams. You will then be asked to sign in to your Microsoft account with your email and password, then authenticate it with your Microsoft Authenticator app. Once in the app, you will be asked to approve the sign-in from Morgen AG.
Once approved, you will see Microsoft Teams listed under your Active Integrations in Morgen.
Connect Webex
From the integrations list, select Webex. You will then be asked to sign in to your Cisco Webex account using your email and password.
Once logged in, the authorization will be complete and you will be redirected to Morgen. You will now see Webex listed under your Active Integrations in Morgen.
Disconnect your virtual conference integration
To disconnect any virtual conferencing integrations from Morgen, simply open the Other integrations menu (simply click on your profile picture to find this menu). Then click remove next to any of the integrations listed in the Active Integrations.
Note that if you have connected virtual conferencing integrations during your trial and then don't upgrade to Morgen Pro, you will no longer be able to add virtual conferencing in one click in Morgen Basic. This feature will be disabled after your trial period.
