What are your accepted payment methods?
Morgen accepts payment from Mastercard, Visa, and PayPal. Payments are processed by Paddle.
Do you offer discounts?
Morgen offers 25% discounts to non-profits, students, and those working in education.
We also offer 15% discounts to those switching to Morgen from one of our competitors.
After starting your free trial, please email connect@morgen.so to request your discount code.
How do I get charged when I add or remove team members?
When you add or remove team members within a billing cycle you will be charged or reimbursed the corresponding pro-rated amounts.
Team Admins can add or remove team members from Teams and Billing.
What is your refund policy?
We keep it simple. If you are not satisfied with Morgen or believe you made a mistake in choosing your plan, please email connect@morgen.so. We'll be happy to refund the full amount (not pro-rated) within your first 30 days of signing up to Morgen.

How do I cancel my paid subscription?
From the Morgen apps, you can cancel your plan in your Profile settings or from the Morgen Platform you can cancel from the Team and Billing page.

Do I have to use the Morgen apps to use Morgen Assist workflows?
You can use Morgen Assist directly with your Google and Outlook calendars without using Morgen apps.
Morgen Apps will give you an enhanced experience (and we think they are pretty fantastic), but they aren’t necessary to deploy and use our smart workflows.
Will Morgen work with my organization’s calendars?
Morgen apps integrate will nearly all calendar providers, including Outlook, Microsoft 365, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Fastmail, and most CalDAVs.
Morgen Assist currently integrates with Outlook and Google calendars only, with more integrations to come soon.
Note that some organizations limit use of third party calendar tools. Please reach out if you need help providing documentation to your IT department to approve Morgen within your organization.
How does Morgen share my data?
Morgen collects only the data we need to run our services. We will never sell your data.
We do not share your information with third parties. The data we collect is stored and processed on cloud infrastructures provided by our partners (the data processors in GDPR terms). We store all data in Switzerland or in the European Union.
