Sync Time Tracking

Mark a task complete in Morgen and it will sync the status in Notion.

When you mark a scheduled task complete in Morgen, you can opt to update ClickUp's time tracker for the task.

If you use ClickUp to track billable hours, you can also distinguish which tasks should be tracked as such.

Frequently asked questions

How does the ClickUp integration with Morgen differ from ClickUp's calendar sync options?
With ClickUp, you can connect Google and Outlook calendars.

When you connect your Google calendar, you can see events in CickUp for due date planning purposes, or sync your tasks to Google to see due dates in your calendar. These features aid planning, but they fall short of an all-in-one planning tool like Morgen. In Morgen you can update your calendar events, while also scheduling time to work on your ClickUp tasks directly in your calendar.

Other calendar integrations in ClickUp sync due dates to your calendar, but like the Google integration, are limited in what information they display, which tasks are imported, and only provide due dates (rather than planned work time).
What calendars can I use with the ClickUp integration?
Any calendar you connect in Morgen, can be used to schedule ClickUp tasks.
Even if you use Apple Calendar for your personal life, Outlook at work, and Fastmail for your side hustle, you can schedule ClickUp tasks across all of these.
We recommend you select a default calendar for your scheduled tasks in the settings, being the one you plan to schedule the most tasks in. You can then always pick a different calendar destination for individual scheduled tasks from ClickUp.
Which ClickUp tasks will be imported to Morgen?
When you configure your ClickUp integration, you decide which spaces and lists to include and which tasks should be imported. We recommend you import tasks that will benefit from being planned in your calendar.
You can decide whether to import:
- all tasks or only those assigned to you
- specific spaces and lists
You can also select which properties and tags from ClickUp should be displayed in Morgen, so you can see the information you need quickly.
Can I update my ClickUp tasks from Morgen?
Right now, the only property that updates in ClickUp from Morgen is time tracking. When you mark a scheduled task as complete, you will be asked whether that scheduled time should update the task's time tracker in ClickUp.
Other properties, such as status, notes, due dates, priority, etc. can only be modified in ClickUp. Each task has a quick link out to the source task in ClickUp, making those updates easy.
Is the ClickUp integration available on all plans?
Morgen task integrations (including ClickUp, Notion, Todoist, and Linear) are available to Morgen Pro subscribers. You can test it during your 14 day free trial to see if it's right for you.
